Counseling Sessions
These sessions are 60-90 minutes long, depending on your needs. If you feel like you need some extra care, are driving from far away and want to get the most out of your session, or are wanting to engage in an EMDR standard protocol session, 90 minutes will fit better for you. Sessions are offered in-person at The Linden in Paonia, CO, or virtually where ever you are at. These sessions are done through my work with Paonia Psychotherapy.
(And yes, EMDR can be done online!)
Harm-Reduction and Integration for Psilocybin
The use of psilocybin has been legalized for mental health in the State of Colorado! I want to be here to help you on both ends of your experience to reduce the risk of harm and to integrate your experience. This project is alongside other professionals, including AyD, Gwen Diaz to provide a safe, caring and educated experience. Mental Health Consultation
Are you trying to develop a program with an emphasis on mental health, or do you already have a program that you want to fold mental health aspects into? Maybe you are an educator looking to address mental health in the classroom or running a business and looking for effective ways to address mental health with employees. I've worked on teams to help with grant writing, program development and intervention brainstorming.
Workshops
Workshops are meant to bring you closer to yourself and help you to become more empowered through exercises and education. Workshops are thoughtfully crafted and always have evidence-based interventions as part of the curriculum. Workshop participation cost ranges based on the length of the workshop.
For more information on current offerings, check out the workshops and groups page.
Groups
Groups vary in length from 5 to 10 weeks. These are meant to be intimate, vetted gatherings to ensure a sense of comfort and safety. Group prices vary, based on the length of the group, but payment is due prior to the first meeting and is non-refundable, due to the intricacy of selection processes for member cohesion. Group prices range depending on the number of sessions we will have together.
